SIna Mackinnon is a Managing Director and Founder of Alba Compliance Pte Ltd, established in May 2017 to provide Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) support for Financial Institutions seeking subject matter expertise, collaborating with leading professional entities in Singapore on various projects such as RegTech and Education. Ina has over 17 years of diverse experience in management and finance, largely from working in Hantec Markets Group (UK) as Head of Compliance, responsible for Compliance Program design and oversight. She is also a UK certified Personal Financial Planner, General Insurance and Mortgage adviser (1st Financial, UK). She has hands-on experience in running a family office real estate group of companies (UK,Europe, Central America). Taking a career sabbatical to raise her family in Australia, Ina was still engaged as subject matter consultant and external auditor of AML/FC systems by financial advisers and prime broker dealers. Ina brings a wealth of knowledge and awareness of Ethics, Culture and Corporate Maturity to Enterprise Compliance Risk Management as well as industry trends and technological advancements in the FinTech, RegTech arena , steering towards progressive and forward looking approaches to manage compliance and operational challenges. She is currently outsourced to RHT Compliance Services , sister company to RHT Academy.
