Conrad leads the Infrastructure, Building & Engineering practice for South East Asia at RHTLaw Asia and has considerable experience in cross-border advisory and dispute resolution work.
He advises on Public Private Partnership (PPP) projects in South East Asia, including the formation of consortia to bid for greenfield and brownfield development projects. He is both a CFA charterholder and an Accredited Specialist in Building and Construction Law under the auspices of the Singapore Academy of Law.
Conrad also has considerable experience in dispute resolution and mediation, having successfully represented clients in a wide range of corporate, commercial, investment and construction disputes before the Singapore Court of Appeal, High Court and in arbitration proceedings.
Legal 500 describes as “recommended for construction disputes”. His clients describe him as “accessible, effective and strategic, with solid industry knowledge” and as having “strategic thinking” and “high standards of services”.
He is the founding member of the Special Needs Trust Company and has been a member of the Appeals Board of the Commission for Foreign Manpower since February 2013.
