Low Hsien Chih
Hsien Chih started in Healthcare almost 20 years ago as a Physiotherapist after receiving the Singapore’s Public Service Commision’s Scholarship. His career as a frontline Paediatric Physiotherapist changed after he completed his MBA in NUS where he moved in Corporate Planning and then Operations. It is his interest in Healthcare Operations that led him to join Parkway Pantai as a pioneer of the set up of Mount Elizabeth Novena Hospital (MNH) focusing on Operations Efficiency, Effectiveness and Experience engineering. Hsien Chih is also a certified Lean facilitator and also holds a Diploma in Adult Continuing Education from Institute of Adult Learning Singapore.
Hsien Chih is currently working in Alexandra Hospital as Head of Transformation Matters where he focuses on transforming processes using Lean and Agile methodologies to redesign healthcare in the public sector.
